La Legge 30 dicembre 2021 n=2E 234 - Legge di Bilancio 2022 - all'art=2E 1 =
commi 91, 92 e 93 ha introdotto alcune modifiche alle disposizioni in mater=
ia di APE sociale=2E In particolare:

- il periodo di sperimentazione =C3=A8 stato posticipato al 31 dicembre 202=
2
- dal 1 gennaio 2022 sono modificate le condizioni per il riconoscimento a =
coloro che accedono al beneficio in qualit=C3=A0 di disoccupati o di lavora=
tori dipendenti che svolgono attivit=C3=A0 gravose=2E Come gi=C3=A0 riporta=
to nella scheda n=2E 34/2021, per i lavoratori della scuola rientrano in qu=
esta categoria i docenti dell'infanzia e primaria=2E
- L'allegato 3 annesso alla legge di Bilancio 2022 ha individuato un nuovo =
elenco delle professioni aventi diritto=2E


Le domande e la modulistica per il riconoscimento delle condizioni per l'ac=
cesso all'APE sociale sono disponibili sul sito INPS dal 18 gennaio 2022=2E
